Über die Freundschaft:

Nicht jeder, der ganz klein,
Hat Angst vorm schlauen Fuchs.
Das kann auch mal ein Hase sein,
Wenn er so mutig wie ein Lux!

Sogar, es hat sich schon ergeben
Oft Gegensätz´ bereichern unser Leben,
Weil die Betroffnen dann herausgefunden,
Gewinn stets ist, was Freundschaft hat verbunden.

Ist´s nicht auch so im Menschenleben,
Wenn wir nach höh´ren Zielen strepben,
Daß uns der Freund gibt jene Kraft,
Die auf des andern Treue baut,
Damit man dann gemeinsam schafft,
Was keiner sich allein getraut
